It’s obvious that whenever you want to sell your home, you have to create awareness. It can be done through advertisement. Different advertising ways can be used. It all depends upon you, which way you adopt. But most of the sellers commit mistakes. Due to which their home does not sell fast. Here I am sharing some common mistakes which seller made. Every one should try to avoid it.


Price Too High
One of the common mistake seller made is they tag wrong price on home. When you over priced your home, then less buyer will attract towards your offer. If some one attracts, he will offer too low price which ultimately result in a rejection of sale. So try to priced your home by considering different factors like market conditions, average sale price etc.


Bad Photographs
Most often buyers see your home photographs first instead to physically visit your home. So if your home photographs are dark, covering clutter or your pets, then there is probability that buyers will skip this home and will move towards next home. So make it sure that your photographs are taken in good quality, covering proper and good area of your home.  

Home Is In Bad Condition
Of course when you decide to sell your home, then there are many things and areas which need repair and maintenance. If you will leave these areas un repaired, it will drop your home value. So try to focus on those areas which need maintenance. If your home is in good condition then chances are that it will sell speedily.

Omitting Important Details
As you want to sell your home, so clear to your potential buyers why to buy your home is beneficial for them. What makes your home unique? Try to include each and every detail. Your address, phone number, location, number of rooms etc if you will omit important details then you will suffer ultimately.

Hiring Of Wrong Property Agent
If you want to hire a property agent, then carefully choose him. Decide will you hire full time agent or discount broker? Hiring a property agent is good as he knows the market very well. He has a good knowledge about market conditions, average sale price, demand, and supply etc.  So choose a property agent wisely that he should be experienced enough.
